Brett Hajek was one of 25 GM dealers in Colorado that was stripped of its franchise last Spring. That means he can’t get vehicles from the factory.“I have basically one of every model in stock. I just don’t have the selection in every model I would normally carry,” said Hajek.

But Hajek is optimistic that he’ll get his franchise back. He thinks the fact he has a new facility and strong customer base will sway GM in his favor.

Shoppers across Colorado could benefit if dealerships are restored.”When there are more dealerships out there that offer that product, the price is going to be more competitive,” said Tim Jackson, president of the Colorado Automobile Dealers Association.

After studying the classifieds ads, Iny, his team of mystery shoppers and an ace mechanic kicked the tires and checked a whole lot more at 18 used car dealers in Vancouver and 16 dealers in Toronto. The results in both cities were troubling.

Phoenix, AZ (PRWEB) March 6, 2010 — The Phoenix personal injury attorneys of Haralson, Miller, Pitt, Feldman & McAnally have established an online resource center for the victims of a recent tragic bus accident that occurred Friday morning some 30 miles south of Phoenix.

The accident occurred at about 5:30 in the morning of March 5, when a bus traveling along I-10 struck the back of a pick-up truck. The driver lost control of the bus, which swerved back and forth across the road before rolling and ejecting the passengers.

The tragic accident resulted in the death of six passengers, and the serious injury of fifteen more. Included in this total are two 11-year-old children, one of whom is in critical condition. Five of the injuries were so serious that they required life-flight transport to area hospitals.

The bus is owned by Tierra Santa, a company based in Los Angeles.

Grote calculates that its new lamp will provide end users with 100 times the lifespan of a traditional PAR 36 bulb and will save them approximately $600 in bulb replacement costs over its service life. The new lamp will also dramatically decrease equipment downtime and the loss of productivity associated with changing light bulbs.
